Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the self-hosted
Postiz instance operated by
Hebeyos ("we", "us", "our") at smm.hebeyos.com (the
"Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a private, self-hosted social media scheduling tool. It lets authorized users connect social media accounts and schedule and publish content to those accounts. It is an internal business tool; public registration is disabled.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service may be used only by authorized members of our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Connected accounts and acceptable use
You may connect and publish only to social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms, policies and community guidelines of each connected platform (including TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, X and others). You will not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or spam content, or to violate any platform's rules.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service interacts with third-party platforms through their official APIs and only within the permissions you grant. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those platforms, and your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
5. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for that content.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
